Au sein d'une squad spécialisée dans le développement web et mobile Michelin, j'ai participé à la réalisation d'applications B2B mobiles et de leur distribution sur les différents stores.
Cette expérience m'a permis de développer considérablement mes compétences mobiles ainsi que l'approche marketing d'un produit.
Angular, Ionic, Material, Redux (NgRx), Groovy (Grails), MySQL.

As a small dev team, we built a mobile app that turn a standard mobile phone into a multipurpose data collecting tool.
Michelin experts are now using it at every Moto GP and Le Mans.
We were with them in the races to fix bugs and improve UX, stressful but so interesting experience!

J'ai continué d'intervenir en tant qu'architecte solution sur des projets de refonte du CRM Michelin avec IAM Salesforce.

Je participe également à plusieurs initiatives de la filère technique : recrutement, formation, cycles de certification des développeurs.

Au sein du domaine B2B Michelin, j'ai été débuté comme dev lead pour la réécriture et la modernisation du portail e-Commerce Europe.

J'ai lancé l'initiative de revoir l'infrastructure sous-jacente afin de migrer l'architecture Mainframe vers Linux. Ce projet "Replatforming" a permis de diviser ses coûts d'infrastructure et de maintenance.

Suite à cette expérience réussie, on m'a confié le rôle d'architecte sur le domaine Marketing et Ventes.
Pour différents projets du domaine, j'ai été amené à définir les dossiers d'architecture et accompagner les équipes dans la réalisation de ces préconisations.

Development of the brand new eCommerce Europe portal

After revamping the B2B Portal UI (bibserve.com), I convinced my Sr Architect to move it from its legacy platform (IBM Z) to a more standard one (Red Hat), which was not an easy move... but successfull! A big cost reduction.

After that, I was called back as the IS Architect for the B2B Domain, to design technical platforms, data integration and security for new projects.
